I’ve been here almost 4 years now, and overall, it’s been pretty good. The team and my manager has been really supportive, and people are generally easy to work with. I like that I get a good balance of freedom to manage my work but still have help when I need it. The option to work remotely sometimes have been a big plus in my case. I’ve also gotten to try different things, which has helped me learn a lot and stay interested. Salary always gets credited on time. Depending on manager, your leaves or work from home requests gets approved without much hassle. They conduct many mandatory upskill trainings which is quite helpful. Another thing I like about this company is that it’s not always just work work work! We have ample of fun stuff all year round which makes office fun.
